He is survived by: his parent Octabiano Jr. Fonseca (Bernadette L. Vacek); his wife Cindy Alvarado Fonseca; his mother Virginia R. Fonseca; his parents-in-law, Flor Rodriguez and Rigoberto Alvarado; his siblings, Adrianna M. Vacek (Kevin Camacho), Briann Vacek (Robert Biones), Jonoah Fonseca, Jeremiah Fonseca, Virginia Cardenas (Jason), Leticia Perez (Dionicio Jr.) and Ruben Fonseca (Kim Tran); his sisters-in-law, Jessica Acosta, Keilly Alvarado and Melanie Alvarado; his aunts, Diana Rodriguez Salinas and Azucena De Rodriguez; his uncle Dimas Rodriguez Salinas; and also Margie Silva (Abel). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
