He is survived by : his wife Mary Stephney Quinby; his daughter Andrea Scott (Brandon Scott); his sister Joan Wilson; and his stepchildren, Raymond Stephney, Angela Roundtree (James Roundtree), Brent Stephney (Kenetta Stephney) and Bridget Stephney.
