She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack L. Compton and Willie Gilmore Compton; her husband Alan Odom; and her siblings, Patricia Ann Compton, Claudia Marie Meismer and Carl Lynn Compton.
She is survived by: her son George Odom (Karen Odom) of Lake Jackson, TX; her grandsons, Mike Guillot (Lynne) of Dallas, Will Hopkins of New York and Jackson Hopkins of College Station, TX; her son Troy Odom (Teena Odom) of Kingsville, TX; her grandchildren, Hunter Woodall (Sydney), Zachary Woodall (Michelle) and McKenzie Woodall of San Antonio, TX; and her sister Joan Compton of Marlin, TX. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Davis Greenlawn Funeral Chapels (3900 B F Terry Blvd, Rosenberg, TX 77471). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (4111 Airport Ave, Rosenberg, TX 77471-5407).
