Trevino; his siblings, Blanca Ramirez and Rene Trevino; his wife Maria Lina Trevino; his daughters, Jo Ann James (John), Jeannie Martinez (AJ) and Mary Ann Pardo (Sammy); his siblings, Raul Trevino, Jr., Rolando Trevino, Hector Trevino, Oralia Sanchez and Rosario Alaniz; his grandchildren, John Rodriguez (Alicia), Emilie Rodriguez, Mark Rodriguez, Jacob Martinez, Joshua Martinez and Matthew Pardo; and his great grandchild Grant Rodriguez.
