He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin H. Palmer and Jerelene Palmer. He is survived by: his daughter Tember Bolten (Matthew); his grandson Levi Bolten; his brother Terry Palmer; and his niece Jamie Dimond (Ricky).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Weathersbee Ray Funeral Home (111 N McKinley Ave, Rotan, TX 79546). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Roby, Texas (107 N College St, Roby, TX 79543). A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the Roby Cemetery.
