In the sacred silence of farewell, Joyce is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Joyce's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Shipp and Fern Shipp; her brother Harold (Bea Shipp); and her husband Donald Mac Park. She is survived by: her children, BroDon (Christa Park), Jimmy Vaughan, Danny Vaughan and Cathy Vaughan; and her sister Lois Moore. She is also survived by eight grandsons, two granddaughters, six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home (111 N McKinley Ave, Rotan, TX 79546). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Additionally, she was honored with two Instant Compensation Awards for her exceptional contributions to the team.
