He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Foster and El Louise Letner Foster (Letner); and his brother Larry Foster. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Foster of Round Rock, TX; his children, Jennifer Rolfes (Pat Rolfes) and Greg Foster of California; and his siblings, Linda Beyer (William) and Jeffrey Foster (Wendy) of Mankato, MN. He is also survived by five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
