He was predeceased by: his former wife Josephine Setsuko Ishiki; his siblings, Charles Bell and Shelby Bell; and his stepgranddaughter Jessica Orr. He is survived by: his wife Ann Bell of Georgetown; his sister Barbara Moreno of Norman Oklahoma; his daughters, Elizabeth Guimont (Donald) of Hillsboro, Frances Bell, Pamela Bell of Hillsboro and Patricia Mishler (Scott) of Tucson; and his stepchildren, Teresa Orr Sanchez of Round Rock and Philip Orr of Fresno. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
