He was predeceased by: his former wife Glenda Faye Wall; and his siblings, Milburn Wall of Round Rock, Bertha Mae Wall, Naoma Watts of Waco, Mary Evans of Temple and Pauline Hopson of Round Rock.
He is survived by: his wife Della Wall; his sons, Perry Wall (Vicki) of Round Rock, Ronald Wall (Karen) of Rockdale and David Wall (Hilda) of Taylor; his grandchildren, Jennifer Sapio (Todd), Sarah Wall, Michael Wall, Deborah Saldana (Victor), Dorine Reynolds (Ricky) and Daphnie Jimenez; his great grandchildren, Lilly Hawkins, Layla Wall, Simon Sapio, Charlotte Sapio, Breana Delacerda, Dylan Jimenez, Alanah Hubbard, Tristen Reynolds, Avelyn Reynolds, Emma Saldana, Zoey Saldana and Cloe Saldana; and his sister Novie Jean Dixon (Joe) of Temple.
