He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernardino Gaitan (Nino) and Mary Gaitan (Mariquita); and his siblings, Francis Lopez, Pauline Castro, Audon Gaitan, Joe Gaitan and Jerry Gaitan.
He is survived by : his children, Diana Marrero, Pauline Millan (Luis), Rosalinda Larson (Ron) and Larry Gaitan (Alisha); his grandchildren, Ashleigh Gaitan, Christopher Millan, Luis Millan, Marcelina Millan, Nikole Larson and Riley Gaitan; his great grandchildren, Shane Taylor, Levi Zamora and Raul Balderas Rodriguez III (Jett); his siblings, Albert Gaitan (Margie), Tony Gaitan, Manuel Gaitan (Terry Wendel), Lupe Martinez, Josie Ontiveros, Pas Bocanegra, Della Perez (Joe), Carmen Sosa (Gene), Dolores Ferrales, Rachel Barron (Edward) and Yolanda Sanchez; his sister-in-law Janie Gaitan; and his uncle Raymond Canizales (Carolyn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
