It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oscar Eduardo Carlos of Round Rock, Texas, born in Oceanside, California, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Maria Ibarra Rubio, Fidel Rodriguez, Jose Carlos and Isabel Carlos. He is survived by: his parents, Lucino and Lucila; his siblings, Rocio (Jorge), Briselda, Jose J. Isabel and Eder; and his aunt Maria Luisa. He is also survived by his two nieces, many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
