She was predeceased by : her parents, Mabel Drilling (Peggy) and Maurice Drilling; and her sister Ann Reban Enos. She is survived by : her sister Joyce Myers; and her nieces, Alicia Reban, Milena Thompson (Reban), Christine Rowley (Myers) and Lisa Brockmann (Myers). She is also survived by eight grandnieces/nephews.

Retha Jane Woods (Drilling) died peacefully on March 3, 2024, in Round Rock, Texas, from complications of Alzheimer's disease.
