He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Grover Gene Henry and Helen Rogers (Brooks); his wife Linda Rushing of Rowlett; his children, Carrie, Joey Land of Van Alstyne, Donald and Rebecca Henry of Garland; his siblings, Danny Henry of Ben Wheeler, Charlotte (Freddy Shepard) and Tenna (Billy Tompkins); his grandchildren, Michael Don Smith, Mary Beth Smith, Brooklin Ramsay and Mason Ramsay; and his great grandchildren, Michael Carter Smith, Avery Lynn Smith and Athena Esperanza Smith-Padron.
