She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Harper and Ester Harper; her husband Humberto Le Dezma; and her brothers, Eddie Jr., Charles, Robert Earl and Steve.

She is survived by: her children, Ester Liggins of Rowlett, TX, Tamika Douglas-Johnson of Garland, TX, Jonathan Douglas and Tommy Roper of Big Spring, TX.; and her sisters, Louise Harper and Susan Prescott. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews.
