With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melba Joyce Joslin (Royse City, Texas), born in Blue Ridge, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 2, 2025 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Joslin; her son Howard Joslin; her parents, Roland Pryor and Bertha Pryor; and her brothers, Benny Pryor and Charles Pryor.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie Joslin (Amy) and Michelle Burnett (Greg); her grandchildren, Josh Joslin (Heather), Brandon Joslin (Jordan), Ashley Burnett and Drew Burnett; her stepgrandchildren, Marlaina Joslin (Ricky) and Ethan Straley; and her great grandchildren, Alexys (Zach), Hudson J., Asa, Marion, Andra, Eli and Hudson M..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Community Baptist Church (6012 TX-276, Royse City, TX 75189). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
