He was predeceased by : his parents, Douglas Ray and Ethel Glenn Parsons (Kennedy); his sister Glenda Jo Parsons; and his sister-in-law Rita Parsons. He is survived by : his wife Pamela Parsons; his children, Dianne Mitchell (Jeremy), Chip Wilkes (Randell), Whitney Parker (Joseph) and Dustin Parsons; his siblings, Chris Parsons, Sandra Parsons (David) and Betty Collins (Darvin); his brother-in-law George Dickson; his grandchildren, Drew Linville (Brooke), Jackson Wilkes, Tessa Parker, Evelyn Wilkes, Kiera Wilkes and Emma Parker; his great grandchild Bryar Wayne Linville; and his cousins, Alton and Wanda Peterson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
