He is survived by : his spouse Shirley (Bogle); his children, Joan (Mike Dover) of Maydelle and Genny (Lee Kilgore) of Maydelle; his grandchildren, Ashley Kilgore of Dickinson, Chris, Armintha Dover of Maydelle, Joey, Heather Dover of Rusk, Tad and Chelsea Dover of Rusk; his great grandchildren, Alicia, Shaun Crosby of Clearwater, FL, Mikey Dover of Maydelle, Elizabeth, Sarah Dover of Houston, Austin Dover of Ponta, Colleen Dover of Rusk, Wade Dover of Rusk and Lakelynn Dover of Rusk; his great great grandchildren, Emerie, Ashlynn and Addie Crosby; and his brother-in-law Vinson Roper of Maydelle. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
