He was predeceased by : his parents, Bill Graham and Maggie Graham; his sister Billie Jean Nelson; his son William Charles Graham; and his son-in-law Tim Dement.

He is survived by : his wife Charlene Thompson Graham; and his children, Tracy Dement, Shely Baldwin (Jeff), Ashlia Lankford (Rocky), Rowdy Graham (Lashawn), Britt Clay (Jill), Cooper Graham and Cheyenne Graham. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
