He was predeceased by : his father John J. McGuinness; and his sister Ellen Jean Gaston. He is survived by : his mother Ellenjean Dishman McGuinness of Lufkin; his wife Cindy McGuinness of Rusk; his son Daniel McGuinness of Tyler; his stepson Chad Jarratt of Whitehouse; his granddaughter Lexi McGuinness; and his niece Jaelynn June. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
