She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Vines of Houston; her stepchildren, Adam Farnsworth (Cherrlyn) of Silsbee, Todd Farnsworth of Dickinson, TX and Diane Farnsworth Osaba (Steven) of Portugal; her siblings, Leonard Smith (Christine) of Vidor, Judy Goff and Connie Smith of Rusk; and her sister-in-law Janis Smith of Vidor. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
