He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Hubert Jobe, Sr. and Ruth Emma Smoot Jobe; his wife Frances Ann Jobe; his daughter Pamela Lynn Fregosi; and his brother Lonnie Dale Jobe.
He is survived by: his son Michael Jobe. He is also survived by three sisters and three grandchildren.
