With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Speir (Saltillo, Texas), who passed away on March 28, 2019 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Grover Speir and Willie Speir; and his sister Evanda Speir. He is survived by : his son Matthew Speir of Jason Speir; his stepchildren, Freddy Booker and Leslie Morgan; his grandchildren, Raegan Speir, Rowdy Speir, Grant Speir, Audrey Speir and Bailey Booker; and his siblings, Samuel Speir, Charles Speir, William Speir, Jan Hurst and Mary Mantooth.
