She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Hubert Harley and Mary Belle Horn (Cavendar); her children, Freddy (Gloria Booker), Leslie (Dakota Smith) and Matthew (Crystal Speir); her grandchildren, Bailey Booker, Raegan Speir, Rowdy Speir Audrey Speir and Audie Speir; and her siblings, Roger (Carol Horn), David (Stephanie Horn) and Darlene Hutchinson of Paris, Texas. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family request that memorials be made to St. Jude Hospital in her memory.
