Urteaga (Lusy) of Midland; and his siblings, Pedro Urteaga (Elida) of Houston, Jose Luis Urteaga (Maria) of Chicago and Juanita Simpson (Buck) of Dudley. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
