He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Lynn Rosser (Sandra) of San Angelo, Renee'Webb of San Angelo, Laura Stever (Chris) of Sanger and Brandi Stevens of San Angelo; his grandchildren, Hannah Bignall (Matt), Leah Rosser, Haley Wall, Brynlee Stevens, Gavin Corbett, Courtni Dunn (David), Erica Stovall (Denton) and Reagan Robinson (River); his great grandchildren, Brooks Dunn, Weston Stovall, Ryan and Nick Bignall; his brother-in-law Grover Halsell (Michelle); his niece Kylee (Nevaeh); his sister-in-law Barbara Hayter; and his nephew Leroy Jr. "Blue".
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harper Funeral Home (2606 Southland Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
