She was predeceased by: her parents, William Barham Halliday (W. B.) and Katherine Louella Halliday (Walker). She is survived by: her husband Charlie (Charlie); her children, Paula Richardson (Brian) and Craig Bonds (Monica); her granddaughters, Megan DiCenzo, Allison DiCenzo, Carly Bonds and Macy Bonds; her brother Warren Halliday; her sister-in-law Karey; her sister Mary Klentzman; and her siblings-in-law, Rick, Aubrey and Jan Knox.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church San Angelo in support of the Neighbor's Café, or a charity of your choice, in honor of her lifelong commitment to education and community service.
