She is survived by: her husband Michael Francis; her daughter Amber Porter Harlow (Adam); her grandchildren, Frankie and Joey of Johns Creek, GA; her siblings, Deborah Ann Williams (Darren) of San Angelo, TX and Roland Kelpe (Charlo) of San Angelo, TX; and her siblings' children, Dusty Miller (Kyle) of Seminole, TX, Austin Kemper (Tierney) of Kyle, TX and Trevor Kelpe (Jennifer) of San Angelo, TX. She is also survived by many great nieces, nephews and dear friends.
