He was predeceased by : his significant other Louise Densman; his brother Bobby Joe; and his parents, E. A. Densman and Frances Densman. He is survived by : his children, Dorinda (Dusty Anderton) and Byron; his grandchildren, Fynn (Thomas), Elec and Effi Densman; and his sister Brenda Stansel. He is also survived by brother-in-law's, sister-in-law's, nieces, nephews, and uncle.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home of Brady (300 N Bridge St, Brady, TX 76825). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Rockwood Cemetery.
