He is survived by: his wife Nell Ann Otte Lumpkins; his daughters, Lisa Shell (Eddie) of San Angelo, Texas and Kari Malone of Boca Raton, Florida; his grandsons, Ryan Gandy (Caylan) of San Angelo, Jake Gandy (Brittany) of Dallas, Cade Malone (Laura) and Blake Malone of Boca Raton, Florida; his great grandchildren, Noell Gandy and Roman Gandy; and his sister Sandy Hillin (Cliff) of Springtown, Texas..
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Harper Funeral Home (2606 Southland Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
