He is survived by: his wife Irene P. DeVore of San Angelo; his children, Angela B. Love (Kenneth) of San Antonio, Dorothy D. Dorsey (Stephan) of Kansas City, MO., Franklin A. DeVore, Jr. (Stephanie) of Corona, CA., William Jackson (Jackie) of San Angelo and Christopher Jackson (Jennifer) of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Kevin Love, Nikki Love, Kyron Kitchen, Kiara Kitchen, Stevie Louise DeVore, Walker DeVore, Jazmine Jackson, Micaela Jackson, Coireisha Jackson, Christopher Jackson, Nikia Jackson, Brooklyn Jackson, Gianna Jackson and Adam Jackson; and his siblings, Cedric Kemp (Arsonia) of Lanham, MD, Eugene DeVore (Joan), Helen Kemp of Ft. Washington, MD, Evangeline Marshall of Washington, DC. and Dorothy Spriggs (Ernest) of Forestville, M. D. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
