He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Lee Wolf and Hilton Peel, Sr.; and his siblings, Margie Barnes, Lucy Keith, Wayne Peel, Jessie Peel, Don Peel and Jerry Peel.
He is survived by: his wife Deeanna Payne; his children, Retta Henshaw, Ricky Peel, Laura Rowoldt and Ruby Duffy; and his grandchildren, Joey Owens, Nick Owens, Clarissa Peel, Dustin Duffy, Chelsey Vasquez, Briana Duffy, Josh Rowoldt and Brian Duffy. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Robert Massie Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
