It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Franklin Pickett of San Angelo, Texas, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Clyde, Neva Louise Pickett, John and Josephine Luther. He is survived by: his parents, C. V. Pickett and Marguerite Pickett (Luther); his wife Jovan; his children, Dylan, Wyatt, Callum and Emerson Louise; and his brother Jason (Sheila) of San Angelo. He is also survived by six nieces and five nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Meals for the Elderly, San Angelo.
