He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ila and Frances Stuart Bell; his wife Nancy; his siblings-in-law, Warren P. Aldridge, Norman Guess, Marion Aldridge and Ruth Guess; his siblings, Tommy Bell, Johnny Bell and Barbara Dye; and his nephews, Ray and Martin Aldridge.
He is survived by: his children, Mark (Jeanne Bell), Becky (Henry Cash) and Dave (Genese Bell); his sister-in-law Betty Ward of Owasso, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Megan Frasier of San Angelo, Jacob, Brianna Frasier of Ballinger, Hayden, Elyssa Bell of College Station, Grayson, Elyse Bell of Midland, Lucas, Lauren Bell of San Angelo, Allison Bell of San Angelo, Erin Bell of San Antonio, Marshall, Rissa Cash of Boerne, Brittney and Pat Riley of Nederland. He is also survived by his 16 great-grandchildren, nieces from Big Lake and nephews.
