She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram McNeal and Francis McNeal; her brother Jimmy McNeal; and her in-laws, Hershel and Marzelle Miller.
She is survived by: her husband James A. Miller; her sons, Doug Miller and Todd Miller (Amy) of San Antonio; and her grandsons, Mason Miller (Ella) of Charleston and Holt Miller. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Heights Church (4512 Sherwood Way, San Angelo, TX 76901).
