He was predeceased by: his parents, Eliseo Zuniga and Josephine Zuniga; his wife Jane Zuniga; and his siblings, Benny Bustamante, Tony Zuniga and Rachel Cannon.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Montes (Guillermo) of San Jose, CA, Amanda Ramirez (JR) of San Angelo, TX and Mario Zuniga of San Angelo, TX.; his grandchildren, Romeo, Alyssa, Evan and Izaiah; his siblings, David (Becky), Ricky Zuniga (Mirna), Stella Trevino, Sylvia Sepulveda (Richard) and Rebecca Bejil (Roger); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Cannon and Jessica Zuniga. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harper Funeral Home (2606 Southland Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (301 W 17th St, San Angelo, TX 76903). A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens (4989 FM Highway 1223, San Angelo, TX 76905).
