She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur L. Northcross and Clara J. Northcross. She is survived by: her husband Carl Brinegar; her children, Joy Brinegar of Colorado and Brent Brinegar (Lisa) of Nebraska; and her sister Janet La Verne Cunningham of Austin. She is also survived by several grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, February 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Robert Massie Funeral Home (402 Rio Concho Dr, San Angelo, TX 76903). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Fairmount Cemetery (1120 W Ave N, San Angelo, TX 76903).
