He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Benjamin F. Kelly and Alvetta Spurlock Kelly; his sisters, Sharon Kelly Rivers of Missouri City and Patricia Kelly Thompson of San Angelo, Texas.; his daughters, Hope Aguero of San Angelo and Stephanie Losoya of San Angelo, Texas.; his aunts, Dessie Kelly of Inglewood, CA and Bobbie Kelly of Clinton, MD.; and his close friends, Steve Flores, Don Schaaf, Ken Milton, Curry Hawkins Charles Njemanze, Yuel Harris, Dr. Steven Hines and Leo Cornejo. He was also cherished by relatives and friends.

Donations can be made to the Ben & Alvetta Kelly Football Scholarship Endowment at Angelo State University, which will annually award a scholarship to a member of the ASU Rams football team.
