We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2023, at the age of 84, Nellie Joyce Beene of San Angelo, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Weidner and Charlie Weidner; her husband Elvin Olan Beene; her son J. T. Beene; and her brother Wille Weidner.
She is survived by: her son James Beene; her daughter-in-law Tonya Beene; her daughter Pauline DuPree; and her siblings, Lifford Weidner and Pauline Burger.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations to be made in Nellie's honor to organizations such as the Alzheimer's Association, the Dementia Society, or Meals for the Elderly.
