As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, we take solace in the memories we hold dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Regina may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Dueward Kelly and Barbara McWhorter Kelly; and her siblings, Debbie Walters and Reggie Kelly. She is survived by : her children, Stephanie Petzold (Karl), David McWilliams (Chelsea) and Melissa Dooley (Sonny); and her sister Lynda Gilbert. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other beloved family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home - Sherwood Way (1939 Sherwood Way, San Angelo, TX 76901). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home's Sherwood Way Chapel (1939 Sherwood Way, San Angelo, TX 76901).
