She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco "Frank" Hoyuela and Tomasa "Tommie" Hoyuela; and her brother Sadi Hoyuela. She is survived by: her son Zachariah Lingerfelt; her sister Stella Stanley; and her stepdaughter Tara Lingerfelt.
A rosary was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Mission Park Funeral Chapels (3401 Cherry Ridge Dr, San Antonio, TX 78230). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (2610 Perez St, San Antonio, TX 78207).
