Leonard Puga wrote a sympathy message

“Hello I’m Leo, I’m saddened by this news Mr. Troy was one of my clients in Cosmetology school here in San Angelo, Tx. I always enjoyed our conversations most importantly all the wisdom Mr. Troy would share with me and what a great friend he was to me. He would always share with me how important it was to serve others, not just that but how important it was to be kind and gentle with everyone. I know he is rejoicing with our Heavenly Father up in Heaven, My condolences to the Bradley Family.”
