She is survived by: her parents, Veronica Bazan and Bobby Bazan; her husband Wess Sorensen; her siblings, Cory (Gabby Bazan), Bobbie Bazan (Josh Montano), Oscar Bazan and Cruz Bazan; her grandmother Jovita Hernandez; her siblings' children, Lucas Montano, Ariana Montano, Pablo Montano, Colton Bazan, Cameron Bazan and Cataleya Bazan; and her cousins, Lori Hernandez, David Hernandez, Tommy Hernandez Jr., Diana Bazan, Bob Bazan and Benny Bazan. She is also survived by aunts, uncles.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Castle Ridge Mortuary N (10901 W. Loop 1604 North, San Antonio, TX 78023). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
