He was predeceased by : his aunt Linda Marie Martinez; his uncle Daniel Vale Gonzalez; and his great-grandparents, Rosalinda Sosa Nieto, Lucille Moreno and Isaias P. Moreno.
He is survived by : his parents, Denise M. Czajkowski and Steven G. Fussell; his stepfather Peter J. Czajkowski; his brothers, Brandon J. "Middle Goose" Martinez and Justin S. "Young Goose" Fussell; his grandparents, JoAnn Moreno, Robert Diaz, Marcia Fussell, Gregory, Paula Fussell, Ruben and Delfina Moreno; and his aunts and uncles, Kristine Nieto, Eileen Sullivan, Heather Keechel, Bill Dalstra, Don Dalstra and Scott Fussell. He is also survived by cousins, 2nd cousins, great aunts and great uncles.
