He is survived by : his wife Mary Anne; his sons, Brian, Patrick and Kevin; his grandchildren, Sean, William and Gwynne; and his sister Christie.

A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Assumption Chapel - St. Mary's University Tuesday (1 Camino Santa Maria, San Antonio, TX 78228). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Sunset Memorial Park (1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78218).
