She is survived by: her children, Ricky Castillo, Raymond Castillo, Ruben Castillo, Patricia Castillo and Angie Castillo; and her siblings, Liz Montes, Annette Castillo, Joann Chavez, Nancy Alvarado, Andrea Castillo, Arturo Castillo, Jr., Edward Leija and Albert Leija. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the O. J. Carter Memorial Chapel (601 Center St, San Antonio, TX 78202). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
