With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Aroldo Cantú De León (San Antonio, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Heriberto León and Carmen De León; his in-laws, Edward and Josephine Guerra; and his niece Natalie Vanessa Lozano.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie De León; his children, Ted De León (Heather De León) and Vivianne Jaine De León; and his grandchildren, Luisa Elena De León, Izabella Faith De León, Mia Theresa De León and Diego Aroldo De León. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Angelus Funeral Home Chapel (1119 N St Mary's St, San Antonio, TX 78215). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mission Concepción (807 Mission Rd, San Antonio, TX 78210). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hill Country Memorial Gardens Cemetery (11700 TX-46, New Braunfels, TX 78132).
