He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Francis, Arthur James Butcher and Mildred Ellison; his son-in-law Kevin Johnson; his siblings-in-law, Betty Butcher, Shirley, Mary Rickett and Donald Rickett; his grandchildren, Jenna Francis, Alicia Prince (Christian), Kayla Francis, Bradley Johnson (Courtnie), Bryant Johnson (Alexis), Nicole Manuel, Rodney Govan, Ronny Ellison and Danielle Lerma; and his goddaughter Vanessa Franklin. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
