She is survived by: her children, Andrew P. Rios Jr., Agapito J. Rios (Esther), Angelita P. Guerrero (Gilbert), Ricky D. Rios (Jane), Belinda G. Rios (Domingo Jr.), Martin P. Garcia (Cheryl) and Cristina R. Garcia (Jose); and her siblings, Bernardo Palacios, Rosamaria Rodriguez and Belen Lampkins (Marvin). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home (226 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Berchman Catholic Church (1147 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78226). A committal service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the San Fernando Cemetery (746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237).
