He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Clay and Ruby Clay. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Clay; his children, Shellie Clay and Tyler Clay; his brothers, Jesse Clay (Margaret) and John Clay (Cindy); and his grandson Trey Cameron. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dellcrest Funeral Home (2023 S WW White Rd, San Antonio, TX 78222).
