He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred T. Martinez and Gloria Martinez; his brother Alfred Martinez; and his wife Martha Martinez. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Martinez and Anthony Martinez (Roxanne Martinez); his godson Adrian Zapata; and his brother Edward Martinez (Diane Martinez). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews along with his extended family including his mother-in-law and four sister in laws.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northeast - Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels (14315 Judson Rd, San Antonio, TX 78233). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (1321 El Paso St, San Antonio, TX 78207). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (17501 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78266).
